1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website, book a call, buy a package or buy a digital product from Nourish to Conceive Pty. Ltd. (ABN 19 691 048 138). The business is run by Kylie Heard, Fertility Nutritionist & Coach. “I” and “me” mean Kylie and the company. By booking or buying, you agree to these terms.

2. What I provide

I provide nutrition education and coaching for women who are trying to conceive or preparing for fertility treatment.

  • I am a nutritionist with a Diploma of Nutrition. I am not a doctor or a dietitian.
  • I do not diagnose, treat or cure any condition, and I do not prescribe medicines or supplements.
  • My services do not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Please keep working with your GP and fertility specialist.
  • Nutrition cannot guarantee pregnancy, and I make no promise about any health or fertility outcome.

3. Your part

  • Give me accurate and complete information about your health, and tell me if it changes.
  • Speak with your doctor before changing any medicine, supplement or treatment.
  • Tell your doctor or fertility specialist about any significant change to your diet.
  • You must be 18 or over to use my services.

If you have a medical emergency, call 000. My services are not an emergency or crisis service.

4. Packages, prices and payment

My packages and their prices are listed on the Work With Me page. The price that applies is the one shown when you book. Prices are in Australian dollars. Nourish to Conceive is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged.

Payment is due before your first session unless we agree a payment plan in writing. If a payment-plan instalment is missed, sessions pause until it is paid.

5. Bookings and rescheduling

Sessions are held online using Zoom. You are responsible for your own internet connection and a private place to talk.

  • To reschedule, please give me at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • A session missed without that notice counts as used.
  • If I need to reschedule, I will give you as much notice as I can and offer a new time.
  • Sessions in a package must be used within 12 weeks of your first session.

6. Cancellations and refunds

  • If you cancel before your first consultation, you will receive a full refund, less the cost of any test kit already ordered.
  • For the Advanced Gut Health Investigation, the test fee is $539.10. It cannot be refunded once your test kit has been ordered.
  • Once your first consultation has taken place, I do not offer refunds for change of mind, because my preparation and your personalised plan begin at that point.
  • If I am unable to deliver your package, I will refund the part you have not received.

Nothing in these terms removes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a service is not provided with due care and skill, or is not as described, you are entitled to the remedies that law gives you.

7. Digital products

Digital products, such as my ebook and guides, are delivered by download or email after payment.

  • They are for your personal use only.
  • I do not offer refunds for change of mind once a digital product has been downloaded.
  • If a file is faulty or not as described, contact me and I will replace it or refund you.

8. Microbiome testing

If your package includes microbiome testing, the test is carried out by i-screen, an independent laboratory. The results help guide food choices. They do not diagnose any condition and do not measure fertility. The cost of a test kit cannot be refunded once it has been ordered.

9. Workbooks and materials

The NOURISH Method™ workbooks, guides, plans and other materials I give you belong to Nourish to Conceive Pty. Ltd. They are for your personal use. Please do not copy, share, sell or publish them without my written permission.

10. This website

The information on this website is general education. It is not personal advice and may not suit your circumstances. Please do not rely on it in place of advice from your own health professionals.

Testimonials on this website describe individual experiences. They are not a promise that you will have the same experience.

11. Liability

You have rights under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, and nothing in these terms limits them. To the extent the law allows, my liability for any service is limited to supplying the service again or refunding what you paid for it. I am not responsible for outcomes that result from information you did not give me, or from decisions made against the advice of your medical team.

12. Privacy

I handle your personal information as set out in my Privacy Policy.

13. Changes and governing law

I may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to you is the one on this page when you book or buy. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
