About me
Nutritionist. Mum. IVF warrior.
I know this road because I have walked it.
Both of my boys came to us after unexplained infertility and IVF. I remember how heavy the waiting felt, and how hard it was to keep hoping without clear answers.
Somewhere in the middle of it, I realised nutrition was a missing piece, and I couldn’t find the support I needed. Food had already been part of my daily health since I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at 13, so I went back to study, completed my Diploma of Nutrition at Torrens University and built the place I wish I’d had.
That place is Nourish to Conceive.
How I work
I start with your gut, because it affects how you absorb nutrients, process hormones and manage inflammation. From there we build food and daily habits around your body, your history and your real life.
My 7-week program, the NOURISH Method™, comes with a workbook each week. Every workbook lists the research behind it, more than 280 references in all, and tells you how strong that research is. You will always know why I’m suggesting something.
What you can expect from me
- Clear, practical guidance that fits your life. No rigid meal plans and no miracle foods.
- Honesty. I can’t promise how your story ends, and I won’t.
- Food first. I don’t sell or prescribe supplements.
- Respect for your medical team. I’ll tell you when something is outside what I do.
- A safe place on the hard days. Nothing you tell me will be judged.
Your safe space on this journey
I care deeply about the women I work with, and I aim to give you a safe, supportive space during what can be a tough and heartbreaking time.
I work alongside your GP and fertility specialist. I don’t diagnose, prescribe or replace medical care.
